Trim an activity file
Crop the start and end of a GPX, FIT or TCX activity — drag the sliders to keep only the part you want, then export. Useful for removing a warm-up, a forgotten stop or idle time. Everything stays in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
- What can I use trimming for?
- Removing a warm-up before the real effort, idle time at a stop light, or a stretch you forgot to stop recording at the end of an activity.
- Are distances and laps recalculated?
- Yes. After trimming, the distance is rebased to zero at the new start and lap totals are recomputed from the kept points.
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. Trimming happens entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
